Aidan Crowley 14 Times Ras Rider and Event Director: says this is the "best 100km he has ever ridden on a bike, the circuit has everything from starting with a south westerly tail wind, down a large wide flat road for 30km, through to gradual climbing in and out of Clashmore looking at mountains to the left and right, onto the smoothest roads in the country around Cappoquin and Lismore, spectacular scenery on the road into Lismore viewing the Castle from a far where the circuits foodstop is located near and afterwards back to gradual climbing again with a challenging run in, riding out of Tallow to Dungourney until the last 5km which allows the cyclist to freewheel home. Simply breath-taking views, hardly any traffic and a great challenge for all."

4) 165km Expert - [Time Start 8.30am]
